Noelle Urbano is a Los Angeles based Actress and a NY Local Hire. She is a graduate of The Baron Brown Meisner Conservatory. She is also a Producer, Part-Time Casting Assistant and an Audio Description Writer and Voiceover Artist for Major Networks. She is a member of the Echo Theatre Company.
Noelle currently resides in the Echo Park neighborhood of L.A. with her black pug, Little Wednesday Addams.
